Conditions of participation Liechtenstein rides a bike
The platform 'Liechtenstein fährt Rad' is sponsored by the Office of Structural and Spatial Planning (AHR). The organizers of 'Liechtenstein fährt Rad' are the Government of the Principality of Liechtenstein, the Liechtenstein Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LIHK) and the Liechtenstein Transport Club (VCL). These conditions of participation apply to all persons who participate in Liechtenstein fährt Rad or one of the campaigns (Mit dem Rad zur Arbeit, Radfahren für die Gesundheit, ev. weitere Aktionen).
Natural persons are eligible to participate. Eligibility depends on the type of campaign. The participation of persons under 14 years of age requires the consent of a parent or guardian.
Participation in Liechtenstein fährt Rad with its campaigns is free of charge.
To register, personal data and a valid telephone number or e-mail address must be provided (see privacy policy).
If the participant provides false/invalid personal data or implausible kilometer values, the above-mentioned organizers reserve the right to delete the entries or the account even without consultation.
If the participant is under 14 years of age, the registrant guarantees the consent of the legal guardian for the registration and participation.
No liability is assumed for health risks of the participants in connection with the participation in Liechtenstein fährt Rad (incl. all variants).
The participant is responsible for securing the data entered (kilometers, descriptions, etc.). There is no legal claim to the backup of the data.
There is no legal claim to prizes raffled by Liechtenstein fährt Rad (incl. all variants). The winners will be chosen at random. The prizes cannot be transferred or redeemed in cash. The legal process is excluded. Notification of winning a prize will be made by e-mail, telephone call or letter post. The participant is responsible for the correctness and completeness of the data provided in the profile. The warranty for material defects and defects of title of the prizes shall be governed by the statutory provisions.
The participant must inform him/herself about details such as events taking place, dates of prize-giving, prize conditions, etc. for prize-giving events organized by Liechtenstein fährt Rad (including all variants).
No liability is assumed for events published on Liechtenstein fährt Rad or the variants in the events calendar.
By registering for Liechtenstein fährt Rad or the variants, the participant accepts the conditions of participation.
